These comprehensive Terms of Service are established to standardize the entire interactive relationship between platform service providers and all users accessing, browsing and using platform functional services. All service behaviors generated on the platform shall be subject to the unified standard constraints of these terms, aiming to build a standardized, transparent, safe and stable network service environment for all participating users. By entering and using any platform service function, all users automatically confirm that they have fully read, understood and unconditionally recognized all clause contents, and promise to abide by all service norms and operation rules in the whole process of use.
Users shall always maintain compliant, civilized and standardized operation behaviors during the use of platform services. It is strictly prohibited to use platform service resources, functional interfaces and public service channels to carry out any abnormal interference behavior, including but not limited to abnormal access frequency control, malicious operation interference, resource occupation, data crawling without permission and other behaviors that damage the normal operation order of the platform. All legitimate, compliant and normal use behaviors of users will be fully protected by the platform’s complete service guarantee system and technical security mechanism.
The platform adheres to the service tenet of stability, standardization and user priority, and is committed to providing continuous, stable and complete functional service support for all users. In combination with long-term service operation iteration, functional upgrading and user experience optimization needs, the platform reserves the right to carry out reasonable adjustment, optimization, upgrade and iteration of service functions, service presentation forms and service rule details. All service adjustments are based on the premise of maintaining the overall stability of basic services, and all updated rule contents will be displayed through official public channels to ensure user information transparency and right to know.
In order to maintain the fairness and order of the overall platform service ecology, the platform will implement standardized hierarchical management for all behaviors that violate service terms and public service norms. According to the actual degree of impact of abnormal behaviors on platform operation and public service order, corresponding standardized restriction and rectification measures will be adopted to avoid individual non-compliant behaviors from damaging the legitimate service rights and interests of most compliant users, so as to ensure the long-term healthy and stable operation of the platform service system.
